If we remove your listing because of a policy violation, you may be eligible for a credit for the final value fee, the insertion fee or both. If we remove a listing because an unauthorised person used your account, you'll receive credit for both fees.
Eligibility for fee credits depends on the policy violation, and whether or not you've adhered to our policies in the past. Any fees you're entitled to will be automatically credited to your account within one billing cycle. This means you may need to wait until your next invoice to see the credit.
