Here's what we found for "How we use Feedback to determine your late shipment rate"

Buyer Feedback on late deliveries may affect your selling performance. If you didn't buy and print postage on eBay and the buyer says that the item arrived late, it counts as a late shipment.

Transactions without integrated tracking details and buyer responses aren't counted in your late shipment rate.

You can appeal a late shipment if you have online tracking to show that you did send an item within your promised handling time or that the item did arrive on or before the estimated delivery date. Please send us the tracking number we can view online.

If you've received any other Feedback rating, comment or detailed seller rating that you disagree with, you have 30 days to work with the buyer to request a revision. Here's how:

  1. Contact the buyer.
  2. Find a solution that you're both satisfied with.
  3. Ask the buyer to revise their Feedback.
