Here's what we found for "Providing a return postage label"

When you accept a return from your returns dashboard, there are two ways you can provide the buyer with a postage label to send the item back:

  • Authorise the buyer to purchase a postage label and return the item with ParcelPoint (or Australia Post, under some circumstances). The postage cost will be added to your monthly eBay invoice.
  • Upload a pre-paid postage label from your preferred carrier. Ensure that the image you upload is clear and non-blurry so that any barcodes can be scanned, and enter the carrier information and tracking number where requested.

Note: If you've set your return rules to approve return requests automatically, you won't be able to provide a pre-paid return postage label online.
